Usage : 'restore' or 'restore <target>'
As a Bene Gesserit Sister becomes more adept at
her Bindu training, she learns the ebb and flow
of the systems of the human body. Using this
knowledge, she can heal herself and other for
a small amount.
When used on herself or another Sister, she will
also gain the advantage of also healing a portion
of the initial heal over time.
